Does Kreations by Dana ship?

Yes, I ship within the United States.

Does Kreations by Dana offer local pick-up and/or drop-off?

No, all orders are shipped.

How do I request a custom order?

You can contact Kreations by Dana via the contact us page. Once you have confirmed your items and designs with Kreations by Dana you will receive an invoice via email. Your order is not confirmed until your invoice is paid in full. 

When do I pay?

Full payment is required before order production. Kreations by Dana does not accept partial payments. However, you have the option to use Shop Pay or Sezzle.

How long does it take for orders to be fulfilled?

Processing time depends on each individual order. Pre-made items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.

Processing time for custom orders ranges from 2 business days to 3 weeks. The larger the order the longer the processing time. Custom orders may be delayed if the item you are requesting is not in stock. You will be informed if the item that you are requesting is not in stock. 

Can you personalize items with popular phrases and TV show characters?

Kreations by Dana does not recreate items that are owned by other entities. 

Kreations by Dana cannot produce an order with copyright or trademarked content (i.e. logos, company names, emblems, lyrics, etc.). If you are requesting an order for your company Kreations by Dana will require documentation that you own your business name.
