Custom Orders

This is how custom orders work: you request, we discuss, you confirm, I create an invoice, you pay, I create and ship! That's all! Simple right?
Small custom orders (5 items and under) ship on average within 2 weeks after your invoice is PAID. Order shipment time is based on product availability and production time. When in doubt, ASK QUESTIONS.
If you need your item(s) by a specific date please relay that information BEFORE paying.
When late order requests can be accommodated you will incur a RUSH FEE.
Please be advised:
Kreations by Dana does not recreate items that are owned by other entities.
Kreations by Dana cannot produce an order with copyright or trademarked content (i.e. logos, company names, emblems, lyrics, etc.). If you are requesting an order for your company Kreations by Dana will require documentation that you own your business name and logo.
